Hallituksen kokous 14/2023

💛🖤 Hallitus kokousti torstaina 1.6.2023 livenä A114-kokoushuoneessa ja Zoomissa. Kokoukseen pystyi osallistumaan kaikki jäsenet tulemalla paikan päälle, liittymällä Zoom-kokoukseen tai seuraamalla pöytäkirjan kirjoittamista livenä Google Docsissa.

Tapahtumamaksujen laskut 💸

Jos Sinulla on vielä alkuvuodesta laskutettuja tapahtumamaksuja maksamatta, niin maksathan ne piakkoin tai ota yhteyttä rahastonhoitaja Vesa "Vesku" Rautiaiseen 😅

Kun kerralla tuli lähes kaikki viime vuoden tapahtumien veloitukset, niin on ymmärrettävää jos niitä ei voi myöskään maksaa kerralla. Tässäkin kannattaa kuitenkin olla rohkeasti Veskuun yhteydessä 😊

Google konekäänsi esityslistan kohdan "pöhinäasiat" englanniksi "the fluff stuff". 🥺

Haalarimerkit tulee, onko ompelusettisi valmis? 🪡🧵

Tuotevastaava raportoi hymysuin, että Promler ei vaadi takaisin saamiamme, väärällä kuukaudella saapuneita Tekiksen maksukortti -haalarimerkkejä. 💳 Lisäksi pian on tulossa toinen satsi samaa merkkiä uudella painatuksella 🤩

Jos et malta odottaa syksyyn, koita spotata hallituslainen kesällä Gurulassa tai kysy rohkeasti mutta ystävällisesti hallituksen jäsentä tulemaan Gurulaan samaan aikaan. 😊

Ohjeet tapahtumien järjestämiseen 📑

Hallituksen Sanna Hanén on kirjoittanut uudet ohjeet tapahtumien järjestämiseen. Ohjeisiin toivotaan kommentteja ennen kuin ne viimeistellään ja laitetaan jakoon Fuksiwikiin.

Tavoitteena on, että yhä useampi rohkaistuu järjestämään matalalla kynnyksellä omannäköisiänsä tapahtumia 🥰

Tulevat kokoukset

Kesällä TKO-älyn hallitus kokoustaa harvemmin, sillä asiaa kokousten käsiteltäväksi ei juurikaan ole.

Seuraava kokous tapahtuu julkaisuhetkellä. Sähköpostikokouksessa käsitellään vain yksi yhteistyösopimus. Tiivistelmä tulee olemaan... tiivis.

Lisäksi TKO-älyn hallitus kokoustaa alustavasti

  • kesäkuun lopussa Zoomissa,
  • kesägrillailun jälkeen juhannusviikolla tai juhannuksen jälkeisellä viikolla Zoomissa,
  • tarvittaessa heinäkuun alkupuolella sähköpostilla,
  • elokuun alussa lähikokouksena Domus Gaudiumilla.

Board meeting 14/2023

💛🖤 The board held a meeting on Thursday 1.6.2023 live at the A114 meeting room and on Zoom. The meeting was open to all members either by coming to the meeting room, joining the Zoom call or reading along to the meeting minutes on Google Docs.

Event payment bills 💸

If You have bills from the start of the yera to pay, please do so soon or contact our treasurer Vesa "Vesku" Rautiainen 😅

As pretty much all of last year's events were billed at the same time, it is understandable if they can not be paid immediately or at once. In any scenario, contact Vesku if you have questions or concerns 😊

Our product responsible told us with great cheer that Promler does not want our TKO-äly payment card overall badges with the wrong month printed back. 💳  In addition, we have another batch coming with the newest design 🤩

If you can't wait until fall, try to spot a board member at Gurula during the summer. You can also (respectfully) ask for board members to join you at Gurula if you're here at a specific time. 😊

Instructions for organising an event 📑

The board's Sanna Hanén has written updated instructions for organising events. Comments are welcome before the instructions are touched up and shared through the fresher wiki.

The goal is that more members will have the guidance necessary to organise events they want to see 🥰

Upcoming meetings

During the summer the board of TKO-äly will hold fewer meetings, as there's not much to dicuss.

The next meeting is happening... right now, as of the publishing of this post. We're just looking through one sponsor contract and hopefully approving it. The summary of that meeting will be a shotr one.

In addition the board of TKO-äly will meet tentatively

  • at the end of June on Zoom,
  • after the summer grilling during the week of midsummer or the week after it on Zoom,
  • if necessary, at the start of July through email,
  • at the end of August live at Domus Gaudium.
