Kevälukukausi on lähtenyt käyntiin uusien aktiivien kera! Hallitus on kokoustanut 30.1. ja 15.2., tässä tiivistelmät kokouksista 4 ja 5 :) // The spring school period has started rolling with the new TKO-äly actives! The board had meetings on 30th of January and 15th of February. Here's a summary of the board meetings 4 and 5 :).

Hallituksen kokous 4/2024 // Board meeting 4/2024

☕ Pohditaan ajankohtaa professorien ja TKO-älyn väliselle kahvitapahtumalle.
☕ Coffee event with the university's professors is being planned.

🔥 TKO-älylle on tulossa uusia tuotteita! Kokouksessa hyväksyttiin budjetit kylpytakeille ja Tekis Mieli -haalarimerkille.
🔥 New TKO-äly-merch is coming! The board accepted budgets for bathrobes and for a new overall patch.

🫡 Syyskokouksen ponsiin pyritään keksiä vastauksia. Hallitus ja muut virkailijat edistävät asiaa.
🫡 The spring meeting left motions(?) for the organization. The board and other officers are working on the matter.

🚢 Tietokilta on ollut ulkoasiainvastaaviin yhteydessä Vappuristeilystä! Vastaavat selvittävät asiaa.
🚢 TiK (Aalto University's computer science organization) has reached out about a May Day -cruize! The officer's are in touch with TiK.

❄️ Integraalipolulle pyritään saada talvikunnossapitoa.
❄️ The murderous path from the busses to campus requires maintenance.

Hallituksen kokous 5/2024 // Board meeting 5/2024

📈 Tästä eteenpäin kuun ensimmäisessä hallituksen kokouksessa tullaan tarkastelemaan tilinpäätöstä. Kokouksessa oli ensimmäinen katsaus.
📈 From now on the status financial statement will be viewed on the first board meeting of the month. This was done in this meeting.

📽️ Gurulassa on uusi videotykki ja tykissä toimii nyt täysi resoluutio.
📽️ Gurula has a new video projector and now the projector supports full resolution.

💛 Tuutorihaku on päättynyt!
💛 The tutor application period has ended!

💻 Johtoryhmällä oli kokous. Johtoryhmä pohtii fuksiläppäreitten tulevaisuutta. Syksylle myös suunnitellaan kokeilua, jossa kandityön voisi tehdä parityönä.
💻 The faculty steering group had a meeting. The faculty if contemplating the future of the fresher laptops. They are also planning to try out a new way of making your bachelor's thesis where the thesis would be possible to make in pairs.

💸 TKO-äly voi hakea toiminta-avustusta tiedekunnalta opiskelun ja yhteisöllisyyden kehittämiseksi. Hallitus ottaa mielellään vastaan ehdotuksia!
💸 TKO-äly can apply for a financial aid from the faculty to improve studying and the communality. The board is taking in suggestions!

😻 Kokouksessa myönnettiin Canva Pron ja uuden haalarimerkin hankkimiseen. Haalarimerkissä kissa makaa tietokoneen päällä.
😻 The board accepted budgets for Canva Pro and for a new overall patch. The patch has a cat laying on a laptop.

🚢 Hallitus päätti hyväksyä Siljan tarjous KJYRiin liittyen. KJYR tapahtuu siis näillä näkymin 16.11.-18.11.
🚢 The board decided to accept Silja's offer for KJYR. KJYR will most likely happen from 16th to the 18th of November.

✨ Yhdenvertaisuussuunnitelmaa ja turvallisemman tilan periaatteita työstetään kevätkokousta varten.
✨ The equality plan and the principles of safer space are being prepared for the spring meeting.
