Vuosi on vaihtunut ja kautensa aloittaa uusi hallitus ja virkailijajoukko. Osan tavoitimme tällaista mukavaa haastattelua varten, mutta muihin virkailijoihin voi varmasti tutustua TKO-älyn toiminnassa :)

Ihmiset! Sekä aktiivit, joista on tullut hyviä ystäviä, että jäsenet, joiden eteen tätä hommaa tehdään. Huijaan, ja vastaan myös toisen tärkeimmän asian: se, että päästään hyödyntämään Tekiksen käytössä olevia resursseja jäsenten hyödyksi.
2. Mikä on tärkeintä, mitä aiot virassasi tehdä tänä vuonna?
Pitää Tekiksen pystyssä!

Yhteisöllisyys ja edunvalvonta 🥰 Tekiksellä on niin paljon porukkaa että kaikille on jotain, ja samalla ollaan hyvässä asemassa varmistamaan hyvät puitteet opinnoille.
2. Mikä on tärkeintä, mitä aiot virassasi tehdä tänä vuonna?
Tapahtumatoimikunnan puheenjohtajana toivon madaltavani
tapahtumien tekemisen kynnystä ja siitä aiheutuvaa taakkaa!

1. Mikä on sinulle TKO-älyssä tärkeintä?
Mielestäni tärkeintä TKO-älyssä on, että kaikki tuntevat olonsa tervetulleiksi sekä tapahtumiin että opiskelijahuoneellemme.
2. Mikä on tärkeintä, mitä aiot viroissasi tehdä tänä vuonna?
Tärkeintä on, että tulee pöytäkirjoja ja että casuaaleja järjestetään :). Toivon, että kaikki voivat tulla matalalla kynnyksellä järjestämiini tapahtumiin. Toivon, että kaikki voivat tuntevat olonsa tervetulleeksi jokaiseen tapahtumaan!

1. Mikä on sinulle TKO-älyssä tärkeintä
Tärkeintä itselleni on ystävät ja mahtava ilmapiiri, jonka TKO-äly tarjoaa. Olen itse saanut paljon ystäviä TKO-älystä ja rakastan tätä järjestöä erityisesti ihmisten takia.
2. Mikä on tärkeintä, mitä aiot virassasi tehdä tänä vuonna?
Rahastonhoitaja on usein katsottu olevan yksi raskaimmista viroista TKO-älyssä. Aion vuoden aikana pyrkiä kehittämään virkaa eteenpäin niin, että se olisi helpommin lähestyttävä eikä niin raskas.
3. Mikä eläin olisit?
Olisin delfiini :) (Mulla on myös tatuointi delfiinistä, fun fact, I guess?)

1. Mikä on minulle TKO-älyssä tärkeintä?
Itselle TKO-älyssä tärkeintä on tämä monipuolinen yhteisö, joka on antanut mahdollisuuden tutustua mahtaviin ihmisiin, joista todella lyhyessä ajassa on tullut tärkeä osa arkipäiväistä elämääni.
2. Mikä on tärkeintä mitä aion viroissani tehdä tänä vuonna?
Tänä vuonna isoimmat tavoitteet on järjestää uskomattomia bileitä, tuottaa hyvää somekontsaa ja harjoittaa omaa visuaalista luovuutta graafikkona, valokuvaajana ja taittajana.

Minulle TKO-älysä tärkeintä on inklusiivisuus.

Päätavoitteeni vuodelle on järjestää paljon sitsejä, joista toivottavasti monet järjestetään yhteistyössä muiden järjestöjen kanssa.

1. Mikä on minulle TKO-älyssä tärkeintä?
Tekiksen ihmiset! En tiedä, olenko törmännyt missään näin isoon sakkiin ihania, hauskoja ja avuliaita ihmisiä.
2. Mikä on tärkeintä mitä aion viroissani tehdä tänä vuonna?
Haluan järkätä mahdollisimman paljon kivoja tapahtumia TKO-älylle! Kuulun hallituksen lisäksi bile- sitsi- ja liikuntatiimeihin, ja meillä on jo paljon upeita ideoita vuodelle 2024 :)

1. Mikä on sinulle TKO-älyssä tärkeintä?
Huikeat tyypit joihin olen saanut tutustua eri viroissa. Välillä hajoillaan kursseihin, toisaalta iloitaan bileistä.
2. Mikä on tärkeintä, mitä aiot viroissasi tehdä tänä vuonna?
Tärkeintä on ohjata fuksit opintojensa alkuun, mutta ei saa unohtaa juhlimista/ryhmäytymistä ☝🏻 auttaa jaksamaan opinnoissa kun on ihmisiä jotka hajoilee yhdessä menetytten noppien eteen tai että juhlitaan yhdessä.

Aion edistää tuotevastaavan virassa TKO-älyn tuotteita sekä hoitaa tuotevastaavalle kuuluvat velvollisuudet. Sekä toimittajana tehdä hauskoja ja mielenkiintoisia artikkeleita teille luettavaksi!

Tärkeintä on kaikki ihmiset ja kaverit, jota TKO-älyn tapahtumis pääsee tapaa ja tutustuu.

Aion pitää huolen, ettei TKO-äly ole köyhä järjestö 💸 Haluaisin myös edistää Gurulan viihdyttävyyttä.

TKO-äly on suuresta koostaan huolimatta tosi yhteisöllinen järjestö ja toimintaan on helppo lähteä mukaan.

Järjestää kivoja sitsejä huipputiimin kanssa varmistaen, että vastuut jakautuvat tasaisesti.

1. Mikä on sinulle TKO-älyssä tärkeintä
Ihanat motivoituneet ihmiset ja yhdistyksen tuki, jolla pystytään järkkäämään hauskoja tapahtumia!
2. Mikä on tärkeintä, mitä aiot viroissasi tehdä tänä vuonna?
Aion pitää LAN-tiimin kanssa alkuvuodesta Game Jam -tapahtuman. Tapahtumassa koodataan tiimissä videopelejä jonkin teeman pohjalta, pidetään hauskaa, ja syödään (toivottavasti ilmaista) safkaa. Tänne tullaan tarvitsemaan sekä koodaajia, että kirjoittajia, taiteilijoita, suunnittelijoita, jne jne! Kannattaa pitää silmät auki :D
Jatkan myös tenttejen arkistointia, älkää lopettako tenttien lähettämisen pls :)

TKO-älyssä tärkeintä on vahva tunne välittävästä yhteisöstä. Täällä voi olla oma itsensä

Haluan hyödyntää omia suhteitani muihin järjestöihin yhdistämään opiskelijoita TKO-älyn ja muiden järjestöjen välillä. Toissijaisena tärkeänä motiivina on saada otaniemiyhdyshenkilön virka takaisin.

The people! Both our actives, who have become dear friends, and our members who we’re doing things for. I’ll cheat a bit and add my second favourite thing: The fact that we get to use TKO-äly’s resources to do things for our members.

Keep TKO-äly running!

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
Community and advocacy 🥰 There are so many people at Tekis that there is something for everyone, and at the same time we are in a good position to ensure a good framework for learning.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
As chair of the event committee, I hope to lower the threshold and the burden of organising events!
3. If you were an animal, what animal would you be?

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
I think that the most important thing about TKO-äly is that everyone feels welcome both to events and to our student room.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
The most important thing is to write stuff and ensure that people can play board games :). I hope that everyone can join the events that I organize with no hesitation. I want everyone to feel welcome to every event!

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
The most important thing for me is friends and the awesome space that TKO-äly provides. I have gotten many friends from TKO-äly and I love this organization especially for the people in it.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your office this year?
Treasurer has often been considered as one of the most demanding offices in TKO-äly. During my time in office, I will try to improve the position, so that it be easier to approach and that it would not be so demanding.
3. If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
I would be a dolphin :) (I have a dolphin tattoo, fun fact, I guess?)

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
The most important thing about TKO-äly to me is the vibrant community that has given me the possibility to get to know some amazing people, some of whom have become a very important part of my everyday life in a surprisingly short time.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
My objectives for the year in my offices is to organize amazing parties, produce some good content to our social media, and practice my visual creativity with graphic design and photographing for TKO-äly.
3. If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
”An alcohol problem is when you don’t have alcohol” (this may or may not have been copied from certain famous finnish ski jumping athlete)

For me, the most important thing about tko-äly is it's inclusiveness to everyone

My main objective this year is to organise lot of sitsits, hopefully many of which will be in collaboration with other organisations.

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
The people of TKO-äly! I don't think I've ever come across such a big group of wonderful, funny and helpful people.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
I want to organise as many fun events as possible! In addition to being a member of the board, I'm also a member of the party- sitsi- and sports teams. We already have loads of great event ideas for the coming year :)

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
The absolute gems of people I have had the chance to get to know in different offices. Sometime’s we’ll commiserate about classes, sometime’s we’ll enhoy a good party.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
The most important thing is to show our freshers how to start their studies, but one mustn’t forget about parties and making friends ☝🏻 It’s easier to study when you have friends who know the pain of lost study points and who party with you.

For me, the most important thing in TKO-äly is to create a sense of community for all students, TKO-äly events allow for a sense of belonging and new friendships!
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
As a product reponsible, I will work on TKO-äly’s products and carry out the duties of a product responsible. And as an editor, I’ll make fun and interesting articles for everyone to read!

Despite being a large association TKO-äly has a real sense of community and it's very easy to join in on the fun.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
Organise fun sitsit with our super awesome team while ensuring that tasks are handed out equally.
3. Your motto for the year OR If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
I'd be a toad, my motto could also be a toad.

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
The brilliant motivated people and the org’s resources, with which we can organise fun events!
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your offices this year?
I will organise a Game Jam with the LAN-team at the beginning of the year. In this event, you’ll get to code a video game in teams based on some (rather arbitrary) theme, have fun, and eat (hopefully free) food. Not only will we need programmers, but also artists, designers, writers, and so on and so forth! Keep your eyes and ears peeled :D
Also I’ll keep your exam archive up-to-date, keep them submissions coming pls :)
3. If you were an animal, what animal would you be?

1. What is the most important thing about TKO-äly to you?
The strong feeling of a caring community is probably the most important thing in TKO-äly. People can be themselves here.
2. What is the most important thing you’ll do in your office this year?
I will utilize my existing connections to other organisations to bring members of TKO-äly and other student bodies together. As a secondary motif, I wish to improve relations to Otaniemi such that the position of Otaniemi responsible returns once more.
3. If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
